Job Description
DNA Forensics Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically competent Forensic Expert specializing in Signature, Handwriting & Fingerprint Examination to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong forensic science knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle forensic examinations and technical reporting with accuracy and professionalism.
This role will primarily involve signature verification, handwriting analysis, fingerprint analysis, document examination, forensic assessments, technical reporting, and coordination with clients and internal teams. Attention to detail, analytical ability, professional conduct, and accuracy in forensic examination and reporting are essential to this role.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. in Forensic Science from a recognized and reputed university or institution.
- Freshers may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience in forensic science will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with specialized certifications, training, or internships from Forensic Science Laboratories (FSLs) or similar forensic institutions will be preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of forensic science principles and techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Signature Verification, Handwriting Analysis, Fingerprint Analysis, and Document Examination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of DNA forensic analysis will be a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in forensic examinations and technical reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and assist in Signature Verification, Handwriting Analysis, Fingerprint Analysis, and Document Examination.
- Support other forensic examinations and technical assessments as required.
- Prepare accurate forensic reports and technical documentation.
- Support laboratory operations and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on technical matters.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling forensic casework.
- Stay updated with advancements in forensic science and related technologies.
